“How long do I need to wait to workout after a meal?”
This is a very common question and one that can be a little tricky to answer. It’s a great question because to get the most efficient workout as possible we want our bodies to be running at full capacity during the workout. If exercising after a large meal can disrupt this then that’s definitely going to hurt our workout. What’s more is that exercising too soon after eating can cause stomach cramps or even diarrhea….yeah we don’t want that while we are doing our third set of squats
